Airing instead of washing goes a long way. Materials like wool are even naturally self-cleaning. Hand-washing is always the gentler option and the one we recommend. Dry the garment flat and let them always dry in the shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring.

Leider werden die Farben nicht annähernd so abgebildet, wie sie sind. Der Farbton der bestellten Wolle sollte rot-pink sein, ist aber rot-braun, steht mir nicht, daher retour. und...unschön...Ich warte seit Ende Sept. auf die Retouren Bestätigung und damit auf Gutschrift...habe auf Tipps hin zum ersten Mal bei we are knitters bestellt...überlege, ob ich es nochmal tun würde, mal abwarten, wie der Service weitergeht

Ihr zurückgesandtes Paket wurde am 2. Oktober zugestellt und musste von unserem Lager überprüft werden.
Die 7-14 Tage Verzögerung für die Rückerstattung ist in unserer Rückkehr Seite angegeben.
